Callas offers traditional European "grand café" and bistro dishes from breakfasts through to late suppers.



The pastries and desserts are made in Callas' own bakery. In keeping with the spirit of the times, fresh sushi selections and a large international wine list await our guests.



At the turn of the 20th century, the famous Café Seemann operated on the site as a favourite rendezvous for opera and theatre-goers. Later the premises were occupied by a bank and then by the Opera's ticket office.



The entire building is a protected structure. In 2006, the historic cafe was reborn in accordance with the plans of the world-famous designer David Collins.
