Budapest Palinka Festival is happening on the 10th May to 13th May 2012.

Apricot is the fruit in focus this year (it was plum in 2011). Meet the distillers and exhibitors at Hunyadi Square. Other gastronomic experiences such as wine, homemade cheese, Hungarian sausages, champagne will be available as well. If you go to Barackos Square or Oroszlanos Square, you can get a new taste in a new dimension of the unusual flavours and also special apricot delicacies. There will be tasting opportunities for the limited edition palinka that will be in special packaging too.
